Terrace and garage driveway in block paving laid on a draining foundation, with kerbs and connections to existing levels. A clean, stable exterior with no standing water.

Complete demolition of a dilapidated annexe, sorting of materials and removal through approved channels. Ground re-levelled, ready for the next project.

Removal of the old slab, pouring of a reinforced concrete slab and smooth finishing screed across the entire ground floor. A flat, sound base for the new floor coverings.
70 m² reinforced slab · Smooth screed · 2 weeks
External insulation, rendering and brick slips on the front facade. The house gains energy performance and gets back an immaculate facade.
